. . . CAPITALIZING LETTERS IN TITLES
Speaking solution in this lesson...
A. Properly
capitalize the words used in titles
You
must capitalize titles of books, the titles of articles in magazines,
newspapers, the titles on web pages, the subject lines in email messages,
movie titles, and television show titles.
Capitalize
the first and last words of a title -- and all the main words. Articles (the, and, a) and
positions (of, around, in, etc.) are not capped unless they appear at the
front of the title.
1. Try
the following examples:
The Grapes of Wrath
The Adventures of Sherlock
Holmes
On with the Wagons
2. Save
these first few examples in a file called Titles.
